Is all the product in stock and ready to be shipped that is shown on your web pages?

All product on our web site is currently in stock unless other wise stated. We stock all items. Occasionally we will sell out of an item and the item is then marked as such in the drop down . So, to be in the know on all new items before the others.. sign up for our news letter and be updated weekly with our new specials and new arrival products.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders placed before 12:00am PCT the order is shipped same day. Orders received after 12:01pm PST ship the next day. All orders are normally within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3 business days for delivery others take 5 depending on where your located.. In any case you will will receive an automatic e-mail from UPS with a projected delivery date once your order has been shipped. You may also track your order at any time after the day after it was placed just by entering your complete order number at the track your order button located in the upper menu.....

What shipping method do you use?

We utilize UPS Ground Service. Orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are mailed through the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally through UPS Expedited Delivery. We must receive a faxed copy of a recent credit card statement to verify the credit card number and shipping address.

Do you sell wholesale to resellers wanting to purchase in quantity?

We certainly do! This web site is basically for consumers in the Las Vegas area. But we are the showroom for the largest handbag supplier on the web, The policies are slightly different, with a minimum order of $100.00, but our goods are offered at prices configured for commercial purchases by resellers.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Internet business are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they are located in. Since we are located in Nevada, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Nevada. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders.

What is your Return Policy and what if I am unhappy with my purchase?

We want you to be 100% percent satisfied with your online purchase from Handbag Express If not then email us to request a return authorization number and then return the unused or unworn purchase free of any defects, complete with the original hang tags attached in the original packaging with your return authorization number visible on the outside of the package.

Clearance items, Red Tag Sale items, Super Blow Out Sale items, or items purchased at below the advertised price such as grouped specials or special clearances are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable nor are goods purchased directly from the Outlet store.

Returns request must be made within 3 days of receipt of the items and received back into the warehouse here no later than 10 days of your receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund or exchange. When returning your item please return via insured and pre-paid UPS or US mail for your protection.

(There is a handling and a 15% restocking fee for all returned goods).

Defective Product

All claims for defective must be made within 3days after receiving the defective merchandise.. We do not accept any claims for defects requests after the three-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason. Each claimed defect item needs to be returned in original package or it will be identified as misusage defect. No credit will be issued or replacements will be approved.
